Modifies TDE property for a database.

Description

The Set-AzureRmSqlDatabaseTransparentDataEncryption cmdlet modifies the Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) property of an Azure SQL database. This cmdlet is also supported by the SQL Server Stretch Database service on Azure.
