Description

The Set-CMNokiaDeploymentType cmdlet changes the settings for a Nokia deployment type.

Examples

Example 1: Modify a Nokia deployment type

PS C:\> Set-CMNokiaDeploymentType -ApplicationName "testNokia" -DeploymentTypeName "DTNokia" -NewName "DTNokia_Updated" -RemoveLanguage "zh-CN"

This command changes the name of the Nokia deployment type named DTNokia for the application named testNokia to DTNokia_Updated and removes Chinese from the deployment type.

Example 2: Modify a Nokia deployment type by using the pipeline

PS C:\> Get-CMDeploymentType -ApplicationName "testNokia" -DeploymentTypeName "DTNokia01" | Set-CMNokiaDeploymentType -NewName "DTNokia01_updated" -RemoveLanguage "en-US" -Comment "Set Nokia deployment type" -Confirm

This command gets the Nokia deployment type object named DTNokia01 for the application named testNokia and uses the pipeline operator to pass the object to Set-CMNokiaDeploymentType. Set-CMNokiaDeploymentType renames the deployment type to DTNokia01_updated, removes English from the deployment type, and adds a description. By specifying the Confirm parameter, the user will be prompted before this command is run.
