Grants the `CREATE ANY DATABASE` permission to an Always On Availability Group.

Description

Grants the CREATE ANY DATABASE permission to an Always On Availability Group. If automatic seeding is used to seed the secondary replica, you must allow database creation on each replica by calling Grant-SqlAvailabilityGroupCreateAnyDatabase cmdlet.
