Get-SmaConnectionField

Gets an SMA connection field.

Syntax

Get-SmaConnectionField [-AuthenticationType <String>] -ConnectionTypeName <String[]>
 [-Credential <PSCredential>] [-Port <Int32>] -WebServiceEndpoint <String> [<CommonParameters>]

Description

The Get-SmaConnectionField cmdlet gets one or more Service Management Automation (SMA) connection fields.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve a connection field

PS C:\> Get-SmaConnectionField -WebServiceEndpoint "https://contoso.com/app01" -ConnectionTypeName "MyConnectionType"

This command gets the connection fields of the connection type named MyConnectionType.

Specifies the authentication type. Valid values are:

- Basic

  • Windows

    The default value for this parameter is Windows. If you use Basic authentication, you must provide credentials by using the Credential parameter.
