IWMPPlayer::get_enabled

The get_enabled method retrieves a value indicating whether the Windows Media Player control is enabled.

Syntax

  HRESULT get_enabled(
  VARIANT_BOOL*  pbEnabled
);

Parameters

pbEnabled

[out]  Pointer to a VARIANT_BOOL indicating whether the Windows Media Player control is enabled.

Return Values

The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.

Return code Description
S_OK The method succeeded.

Remarks

If the VARIANT_BOOL received from get_enabled equals FALSE, then Windows Media Player hides the user controls during full-screen playback.

Requirements

Version: Windows Media Player 9 Series or later.

Header: Include wmp.h.

Library: Use wmp.dll.
