IDccManSink::OnLogTerminated
The OnLogTerminated method indicates that the Windows CE connection manager has been shut down.

Return Values
This method should always return NOERROR.
Remarks
The IDccManSink::OnLogTerminated method is implemented by a client application and is called when the Windows CE connection manager has been shut down.
