The following table shows the database macros with a description of the purpose of each.

Macro Description

CHECK_INVALIDGUID

Verifies whether a CEGUID is equal to the result of running the CREATE_INVALIDGUID macro.

CHECK_SYSTEMGUID

Checks a CEGUID to determine whether it identifies the object store database volume.

CREATE_INVALIDGUID

Creates a CEGUID that does not identify any database volume.

CREATE_SYSTEMGUID

Creates a CEGUID that identifies the object store database volume.

TypeFromPropID

Extracts the low order bytes, which contain the type identifier, from a property identifier.
