Explanation The class name already exists; however, you can prevent the message from appearing.
User Action This is an informational message only. To avoid receiving the message, set the DWClassName custom attribute on the profile that exports data to this Data Warehouse class. The attribute value should be the Data Warehouse class name.

User Import Task: Failed to Add Members to Class: <class name>. Member name:<member name>.

Explanation This is an internal error message for information only. This message may occur if the Run method on Commerce.DTSUPM is called before the Initialize method is called. Commerce.DTSUPM is an internal object used by the DTS task and not by customers directly.

User Import Task: Primary key should be exported for classes not already mapped to an existing class in the Data Warehouse. Profile <profile name> will not be exported.

The Unique ID required for the Product/Category/Product Variant is missing. <unique ID name>

Explanation The unique identifier for the product ID, category name, or variant ID was not found for in the XML or CSV file being imported.
User Action Verify that the data is correct in the XML/CSV file being imported and retry the import.

Invalid property is used in the product, <product name>. Possible causes can be: For a string property, the property value exceeds the property length, for an enumerated property the enumerated value does not exist, for a date property the date does not fall within the specified date range.

  • If this is a string property, the value may exceed the property length.

Explanation The catalog does not exist in your database.
User Action You must create a catalog before you can export it, import it, or change its properties.

The attribute <attribute name> contained in the CSV file is a built in column in the catalogproducts table and cannot be used as an attribute. You need to rename the attribute. The CSV file is invalid.

Explanation The CSV file cannot be exported because it is a built-in column.

The Language <language_name> specified for the Property <property name> in the catalog <catalog name> is not defined in the catalog.

Explanation In order to define property values in a particular language, that language must first be added to the catalog.

[OrderDiscount]: The discount with id <ID name> has an invalid value for the field <field name>. The discount has been invalidated.

Explanation The discount in the ContentList cache has a property value that is not valid for the named property. Commerce Server deactivates the discount and you cannot apply it.
User Action In the Business Desk Campaign Manager module, open the discount and locate and fix the incorrect property value.

Commerce.LoadAdvertisements: no active advertisements were returned from the query. Consider scheduling house ads to avoid this message.

Error ID 0x81002003

Explanation The CSFLoadAdvertisements component was invoked to populate the cache of ads, but no advertisements were returned from the query. It is possible that there are no advertisements configured, the advertisements have expired or not yet begun, or the advertisements, the customer, or the campaign containers have a status of archived or inactive. This message is only loaded during the first cache refresh cycle after the site start-up.
User Action No action is required. When you schedule house ads, this message no longer appears.

Commerce List Manager Error: <Event Log error number>.

Explanation A ContentList or ContentListFactory object is being saved as XML or loaded from XML using the IPersistXML Interface. Most commonly this is the _discounts list that was created by the OrderDiscount component. This operation is highly CPU and memory-intensive and is not supported for production servers.
User Action Ensure that each OrderGroup object that is persisted to the orders or baskets database does not contain any ContentList or ContentListFactory objects. If it does, remove it from the OrderGroup by setting the value to NULL before persisting the OrderGroup.

OLE DB Provider Error Messages

Invalid operator <operator name> encountered.
