Commerce Server
The hardware requirements for a Commerce Server 2000 server installation are:
400 MHz or faster Pentium-compatible CPU
256 MB of RAM (128 MB of RAM is adequate for a development environment)
100 MB of hard disk space
CD-ROM drive
Network adapter card
VGA or Super VGA monitor
Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
In your production environment, the volume of traffic on your Web site may dictate more stringent hardware requirements for Web servers.
Administration Tools
The hardware requirements for a Commerce Server 2000 installation with Administration tools only are:
266 MHz or faster Pentium-compatible CPU
128 MB of RAM
20 MB of hard disk space
CD-ROM drive
Network adapter card
VGA or Super VGA monitor set to 800 by 600 pixels resolution or higher
Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
Business Desk Client
The hardware requirements for a Business Desk client are:
266 MHz or faster Pentium-compatible CPU
5 MB of hard disk space
CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive
VGA or higher-resolution monitor set to 800 by 600 pixels resolution or higher
Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
