CacheDynamicContent Property of the IFPCCacheRule Interface
The CacheDynamicContent property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether dynamic responses will be cached even if their headers mark them as not cacheable.

Parameters
fCacheDynamicContent
Boolean value that indicates whether dynamic responses will be cached even if their headers mark them as not cacheable.pfCacheDynamicContent
Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if dynamic responses will be cached even if their headers mark them as not cacheable, or to VARIANT_FALSE if dynamic responses that are marked as not cacheable will not be cached.
Return Value
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
A response to a request sent to a URL containing a question mark is considered dynamic.
