UsePersistentCookies Property of the IFPCFormsBasedAuthenticationProperties Interface

The UsePersistentCookies property gets or sets a value from the FpcUsePersistentCookiesComputerType enumerated type that specifies the types of client computers for which persistent cookies are allowed.

Parameters

  • UsePersistentCookies
    Value from the FpcUsePersistentCookiesComputerType enumerated type that specifies the types of client computers for which persistent cookies are allowed.

  • pUsePersistentCookies
    Pointer to a variable that on return receives a value from the FpcUsePersistentCookiesComputerType enumerated type specifying the types of client computers for which persistent cookies are allowed.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Value from the FpcUsePersistentCookiesComputerType enumerated type that specifies the types of client computers for which persistent cookies are allowed.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is fpcPersistentCookiesDisabled, which indicates that persistent cookies are not allowed for trusted or private client computers.
