DeleteOldLogsOnLimitExceeded Property of the IFPCLog Interface

The DeleteOldLogsOnLimitExceeded property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether old log files will be deleted to maintain the total log size below the maximum allowed value, or to maintain the amount of free disk space above the required minimum.

Parameters

  • fDeleteOldLogsOnLimitExceeded
    Boolean value that indicates whether old log files will be deleted to maintain the total log size below the maximum allowed value, or to maintain the amount of free disk space above the required minimum.

  • pfDeleteOldLogsOnLimitExceeded
    Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if old log files will be deleted to maintain the total log size below the maximum allowed value, or to maintain the amount of free disk space above the required minimum, or to VARIANT_FALSE if no new log entries will be stored when these limits are violated.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++).

This property is applicable to Firewall service and Web Proxy logging.
