SetPublishingCredentials Method of the IFPCReportJob Interface

The SetPublishingCredentials method sets the credentials for publishing reports generated by the report job.

  [in]            VARIANT_BOOL fUsePublishingCredentials,
  [in, optional]  BSTR UserName,
  [in, optional]  BSTR Password
);

Parameters

  • fUsePublishingCredentials
    Boolean value that specifies whether credentials will be used in publishing reports generated by the report job.

  • UserName
    String value that specifies the user name that will be included in the credentials for publishing reports. The default is an empty (NULL) string.

  • Password
    String value that specifies the password that will be included in the credentials for publishing reports. The default is an empty (NULL) string.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Remarks

This method sets the UsePublishingCredentials and PublishCredentials properties.
