Can't Access Your Advisor Account?
Are you having trouble accessing your Advisor account? If your Advisor account uses a Windows Azure Active Directory organization, ensure that the global administrator for your organization has granted Advisor access to the Active Directory domain. If you are the global administrator, see Add a Windows Azure Active Directory Organization to an Existing Advisor Account for the steps. If you are not the global administrator, then these steps will fail.
If your Active Directory organization has already been associated with your Advisor account, check to see if Advisor’s access to your organization was accidentally revoked. If it was, you can grant access again from this page. If you are not the global administrator, ask your global administrator to visit this page and grant Advisor access.
