RemovePossibleOwner method of the MSFTCluster_Resource class
Removes a node from the list of possible owners for this resource.
Note
This method is only supported in Windows Server 2012 R2. In Windows Server Technical Preview, use instead the RemovePossibleOwner method in the MSFTCluster_ResourceService class.

The node that can no longer own this resource.
