Closes a DIME record.

Remarks

If writing a chunked record, then any buffered data will be written out. DimeReader and DimeWriter will automatically close a record when starting to read or write the next one, or if Microsoft.Web.Services2.Dime.DimeReader.Close or Microsoft.Web.Services2.Dime.DimeWriter.Close is called.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
