Parameters

element
The System.Xml.XmlElement to load.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
System.ArgumentNullException	element is null.
System.ArgumentException	The System.Xml.XmlElement.LocalName or System.Xml.XmlElement.NamespaceURI properties of elementare invalid.
