Queries let you execute full-text based searches on entities and attributes in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database. Notes provide additional context specific information that can be associated with any entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Attachments enable the Microsoft Dynamics CRM user to attach data files in various formats to an entity.
