Represents a task performed, or to be performed, by a user. An activity is any action for which an entry can be made on a calendar.

The activitypointer class inherits from BusinessEntity. It exposes the following members.

activityid Gets or sets the ID of the activity.
activitytypecode Gets the type (entity name) of activity.
actualdurationminutes Gets or sets the actual duration of the activity in minutes.
actualend Gets or sets the actual end time of the activity.
actualstart Gets or sets the actual start time of the activity.
createdby Gets or sets the ID of the user who created the activity.
createdon Gets or sets the date and time when the activity was created.
createdonbehalfby Gets the ID of the proxy user who created the activity record.
description Gets or sets the description of the activity.
isbilled Gets or sets the information regarding whether the activity was billed as part of resolving a case.
isworkflowcreated Gets or sets whether the activity was created from a workflow rule.
modifiedby Gets or sets the ID of user who last modified the activity.
modifiedon Gets or sets the date and time when activity was last modified.
modifiedonbehalfby Gets the ID of the proxy user who last modified the activity.
ownerid Gets or sets the ID of user or team that owns the activity.
owningbusinessunit Gets or sets the ID of the business unit that owns the activity.
prioritycode Gets or sets the priority of the activity.
regardingobjectid Gets or sets the ID of the object with which the activity is associated.
scheduleddurationminutes Gets or sets the scheduled duration of the activity, in minutes.
scheduledend Gets or sets the scheduled end time of the activity.
scheduledstart Gets or sets the scheduled start time of the activity.
serviceid Gets or sets the ID of an associated service.
statecode Gets or sets the status of the activity.
statuscode Gets or sets the reason for the status of the activity.
subject Gets or sets the subject associated with the activity.
timezoneruleversionnumber For internal use only.
utcconversiontimezonecode Gets or sets the time zone code in use when the record was created.

Remarks

This table lists only the attributes for a default system. For more information about the entities and attributes in your organization, see the Customization area of the Web application. To view this information in the Customization area, in the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Customization, and then click Customize Entities. Change the view to see non-customizable entities.
