Contains an item in a queue that specifies an activity or incident (case).

The queueitem class inherits from BusinessEntity. It exposes the following members.

|createdby||Gets the ID of the user who created the queue item.|
|createdon||Gets the date and time when the queue item was created.|
|createdonbehalfby||Gets the ID of the proxy user who created the queue item.|
|enteredon||Gets or sets the date and time when the queue item was entered.|
|modifiedby||Gets the ID of the user who last modified the queue item.|
|modifiedon||Gets the date and time when the queue item was last modified.|
|modifiedonbehalfby||Gets the ID of the proxy user who last modified the queue item.|
|objectid||Gets or sets the ID of the activity, case, or article in the queue.|
|objecttypecode||Gets or sets the type of queue item, such as the specific activity type, case, or article.|
|organizationid||Gets the ID of the organization with which the queue item is associated.|
|priority||Gets or sets the priority of the queue item.|
|queueid||Gets or sets the ID of the queue in which the queue item resides.|
|queueitemid||Gets or sets the ID of the queue item.|
|sender||Gets or sets the sender who created the queue item.|
|state||Gets or sets the status of the queue item.|
|status||Gets or sets the reason for the status of the queue item.|

|title||Gets the title of the queue item.|
|torecipients||Gets or sets the recipients listed on the To line of the message for e-mail queue items.|
|utcconversiontimezonecode||Gets and sets the time zone code in use when the record was created.|
