Microsoft Dynamics Marketing's marketing plans functions enable users to create marketing plans, execute them and track results. Marketing plans include:
Objectives: the goals and targets to be achieved.
SWOT - strength, weakness, opportunity and threat analysis.
Integration with other functions including Approvals, Files, Products/Services and Results.
Prerequisites
To work with marketing plans, you must have Edit/View Marketing Plans privileges. More information: Work with user accounts and staff contacts
View and manage marketing plans
To work with your marketing plans, go to Marketing Execution > Marketing Plans > Marketing Plans. This brings you to the Marketing Plans list page, which provides many of the standard controls for searching, sorting, filtering, adding, removing and viewing items in the list, plus other common features.
