You can use programs in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to perform these major functions:
To define major initiatives such as those that incorporate several campaigns, events, and jobs.
To define your strategies and objectives and link campaigns, jobs, components, etc. to better manage the strategic alignment of your activities.
Prerequisites
To work with programs, you must have Edit/View Programs privileges. More information: Work with user accounts and staff contacts
View and manage programs
To work with your programs, go to Marketing Execution > Campaign Management > Programs. This brings you to the Programs list page, which provides many of the standard controls for searching, sorting, filtering, adding, removing and viewing items in the list, plus other common features.
