View logged entries for an item

View the logs available in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to analyze changes made, and perform an audit trail to see who made those changes.

For example, updates to a job's status are logged every time the status is changed. Use the Log page in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to search these logs. Also, most dashboard pages have a Log tab that displays logging entries for items. Activate logging in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to view those logs. More information: Administer your site

View the log

  1. Navigate to Settings > Administration > Log.

  2. Alternatively, navigate to Job > Contact > Task.

  3. Click the Log tab.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays the log associated with the item.

Search for an item

Type a word, phrase, or part of a word in the Search bar. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the items that contain the word, phrase, or part of a word you entered. Type in the shortest possible phrase to find more items in the search results.

Delete log entries

Log entries can't be deleted.
