Using Microsoft Dynamics Marketing provides you with analytics and performance measurement tools for analyzing various aspects of your email marketing campaigns and activities. Using the EmailMessageSentStatus class, you can analyze the types of responses your marketing email is getting and subsequently use them to track down all blocked, hard bounce (emails that do not exist), soft bounce (receiving mail server is temporarily unable to receive the email), or unsubscribed email addresses. The Microsoft.Dynamics.Marketing.SDK.Messages.MarketingResult namespace contains request and response messages for using marketing result and allows you to perform create, read, update and delete operations on marketing results. You can track email marketing costs to instead clicks, opens, and leads and to evaluate total campaign performance and ROI, and also to perform data cleansing operations to remove the resolved contacts or add them to another email marketing list.
