This message was added with CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (on-premises) and CRM Online Spring ‘14. This message can only be used in an upgraded organization when enhanced service capabilities are enabled by installing product updates. For this message to work, the caller must be connected to the server.


Pass an instance of this class to the Execute method, which returns an instance of ApplyRoutingRuleResponse.

Privileges and Access Rights

To perform this action, the caller must have privileges on the Incident entity and access rights on the record specified in the Target property. For a complete list of the privileges required, see ApplyRoutingRule message privileges.
