The ID of the resource. This corresponds to the HYPERLINK "mk:@MSITStore:C:\\\\UX\\\\V4\\\\SDK\\\\Release\\\\CrmSdk4.chm::/htm/v4d0_sp5100r_resourcegroupresourcegroupidproperty.htm" Resource.ResourceId property, which is the primary key for the Resource entity.
