Customize the appearance of your application

You can customize the appearance of Unified Service Desk login screen, splash screen, and the client application to change the branding and look and feel to align with your organization branding.

As XAML is the language behind the visual presentation of UI elements in Unified Service Desk, you should have knowledge of Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and XAML scripting for customizing the appearance of your agent application by manipulating styles in a XAML file.
