LocationCollectionConverter.CanConvertFrom Method

Determines whether the given type can be converted to a LocationCollection.

Parameters

  • context
    The format context provider of the type.
  • sourceType
    The object type from which to convert.

Return Value

Returns Boolean.

Remarks

The sourceType is a String and must be formatted as "lat,lon lat,lon" or “lat,lon,alt lat,lon,alt” if specifying an altitude. You cannot have spaces between the latitude, longitude or altitude values. (E.g. “38.129,-87.124 43.113,-120.144” contains two locations.)

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
