Get help with Office 365

When you have a question about Microsoft Office 365 for enterprises, you have several options to find the answer you need.

  • Search the help topics. To do this, type a question or phrase into the search box at the top of the Help page.

  • Ask your Office 365 administrator. The person at your company who manages the installation and maintenance of Office 365 has a lot of knowledge about how Office 365 works. Administrators also have access to additional information and resources if they don’t know the answer to a question. Not sure who your administrator is? Ask your co-workers or find the person who gave you instructions for setting up or accessing Office 365.

  • Read the team blog. The Office 365 team writes a blog that highlights new features and solutions to common issues.

  • Read and post in the community forum. The community forum is a place where anyone who uses Office 365 can post a question and others can answer. Before you add your question, look to see if someone else has already asked it. Many common questions are already covered.
