Measures the time required to load the document that is loaded into the window object, starting with the initial navigation request.
Syntax
HRESULT IHTMLMSPerformanceTimingMeasures::get_navigation(ULONGLONG *p);
Parameters
- p
The time required to load the content or0if the page failed to load.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.
Remarks
When you evaluate the value of the IHTMLMSPerformanceTimingMeasures::navigation property, make sure that the document has fully loaded; otherwise, the property might return a value of zero (
0).The time measured by the IHTMLMSPerformanceTimingMeasures::navigation property is the difference between the IHTMLMSPerformanceTiming::navigationStart and the IHTMLMSPerformanceTiming::loadEventEnd properties of the window.msPerformance.timing property.
