In this hands-on lab, you will learn how to modify the SharePoint 2010 Easy Setup Script to install the components required for Windows Phone 7 development. You will also learn how to run the modified SharePoint 2010 Easy Setup Script to install and configure your development environment. Finally you will test the script ran successfully.

Prerequisites

  • Windows 7 x64 installed with all Windows Updates installed, in one of the following scenarios.
    • Installed on a physical machine
    • Installed on a bootable VHD
Note:
The Windows Phone 7 Developer Tools are supported on Windows 7, however no other operating systems are supported.
