This method has no parameters.

This method can return one of these values.

Remarks
Note This method was supported in pre-release versions of Windows Internet Explorer but is not supported in the current version of Internet Explorer.
Prevents elements from being manipulated, such as panning or zooming when a gesture or pointer event occurs.
