Represents a single indexed update packet.

Remarks

All packets for an update must be the same length so that the storage facility can track which packets have been installed. The one exception is that the last packet may be smaller than the packet size if the update size is not a multiple of the packet size.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
