Changes the start time and the interval between method invocations for a timer, using TimeSpan values to measure time intervals.

Namespace:  Microsoft.SPOT
Assembly:  Microsoft.SPOT.Native (in Microsoft.SPOT.Native.dll)

Syntax

'Declaration
Public Sub Change ( _
    dueTime As TimeSpan, _
    period As TimeSpan _
)
public void Change(
    TimeSpan dueTime,
    TimeSpan period
)
public:
void Change(
    TimeSpan dueTime,
    TimeSpan period
)
member Change :
        dueTime:TimeSpan *
        period:TimeSpan -> unit
public function Change(
    dueTime : TimeSpan,
    period : TimeSpan
)

Parameters

  • dueTime
    Type: System. . :: . .TimeSpan
    The TimeSpan value that represents the amount of time the timer will wait before the callback parameter invokes its methods, in milliseconds. Specify Infinite to prevent the timer from starting. Specify 0 (zero) to start the timer immediately.
  • period
    Type: System. . :: . .TimeSpan
