Enable Password Synchronization
For this procedure, you can enable password synchronization. With password synchronization, password changes that originate from Active Directory can be propagated automatically to other connected data sources. To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the FIMSyncAdmins security group.
To enable password synchronization
In Synchronization Service Manager, on the Tools menu, click Options.
Under Password Synchronization, select the Enable Password Synchronization check box.
