Tests two FixedPoint structures for inequality.

Parameters

valueLeft
Type: Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.Direct3D.FixedPoint
One of two FixedPoint structures to test.

valueRight
Type: Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.Direct3D.FixedPoint
One of two FixedPoint structures to test.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the structures are not equal; otherwise, false.
