ProcessEvent Method (SmiEventSink)

Processes a single event from the stream by calling the appropriate SmiEventSink method. The assembly that contains this class has a friend relationship with SQLAccess.dll.  It is intended for use by SQL Server.  For other databases, use the hosting mechanism provided by that database.
