IWMSAdminAnonUser::get_AnonymousUserName

The get_AnonymousUserName method retrieves the name of the Windows Media user account that is used to specify access permissions when an anonymous user connects to a Windows Media server.

Syntax

  HRESULT get_AnonymousUserName(
  BSTR*  pUserName
);

Parameters

pUserName

[out] Pointer to a BSTR containing the Windows Media user account.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Return code Number Description
E_OUTOFMEMORY 0x8007000E The server could not allocate memory for the user name.
