IWMSDiagnosticEvent::get_NumberOfOccurrences

The get_NumberOfOccurrences method retrieves the number of times the event notice has occurred.

Syntax

  HRESULT get_NumberOfOccurrences(
  long*  pVal
);

Parameters

pVal

[out] Pointer to a long containing the number of event occurrences.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Return code Number Description
E_POINTER 0x80004003 pVal is a NULL pointer argument.

Remarks

The get_NumberOfOccurrences method is relevant only for limit events. When a limit event occurs, the value is incremented and the IWMSDiagnosticEvent::get_Time value is updated.
