IWMSLoggingAdmin::get_RoleFilter

The get_RoleFilter method retrieves the name of the role attribute that will be used when filtering logged events.

Syntax

  HRESULT get_RoleFilter(

  pbstrRoleFilter
  
  );

Parameters

pbstrRoleFilter

[out] Pointer to a BSTR containing the name of the role attribute to filter on.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Return code Number Description
E_FAIL 0x80004005 The logging plug-in could not be found.
E_POINTER 0x80004003 The pbstrRoleFilter parameter is NULL.
