IWMSPublishingPointPeakCounters::get_CountersStartTime
The get_CountersStartTime method retrieves the date and time at which the publishing point started monitoring the peak counters.
Syntax
HRESULT get_CountersStartTime( DATE* pVal );
Parameters
pVal
[out] Pointer to a DATE containing the date and time, in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).
Return Values
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.

| E_POINTER | 0x80004003 | Indicates that pVal is a NULL pointer argument. |
Remarks
The parameter is initialized when the publishing point is created, and updated when you call the IWMSPublishingPointPeakCounters::Reset method.
