The IsApplicationActive method indicates whether a particular HTML application is being displayed.
(Optional) A String containing a GUID that uniquely identifies an HTML application. If no GUID is specified, this method indicates whether the calling application is active.
A read-only Boolean value that is true if the application is active, and false otherwise.
An active HTML application is one that is being displayed in Media Center. An application can use this event to alter its behavior depending on whether it is active or in the background.
An application receives events if it is the currently selected application in the Media Center shell, or if it called the MediaCenter.PlayMedia or MediaCenter.PlayMediaEx method to start the current media experience.
