IPMPlatformManager::AddProperty

This method adds a property to the IPMPlatformManager interface.

HRESULT AddProperty(
  BSTR bstrLinkName,
  BSTR bstrPropId, 
  IPMProperty** ppiProperty 
);

Parameters

  • bstrLinkName
    [in] Link name of the property to be retrieved.
  • bstrPropId
    [in] Optional; GUID of the property to be retrieved. If this parameter is not specified, Platform Manager creates a GUID for the property.
  • ppiProperty
    [out] Pointer to a pointer to the IPMProperty interface. This pointer is returned if the property has been successfully added.

Return Values

Returns S_OK if the call was successfully completed. If a failure occurs, the appropriate HRESULT value is returned.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Platman.h, Cemgr.idl.
