ProxyBypassLocal Property

The ProxyBypassLocal property of the GlobalProperties class gets or sets a value that specifies whether to bypass the proxy server for local addresses when crawling content.

Property Value

true to bypass the proxy server for local addresses; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The GlobalProperties class has five properties related to proxy server configuration: ProxyAddress, ProxyBypassList, ProxyBypassLocal, ProxyPort, and ProxyType. The search service uses these properties as it crawls site content for inclusion in the content index.
