Remarks
This method should only be called from the receiving end of the invitation.
Exceptions
[cref][T:System.InvalidOperationException]: Thrown in these two cases: (1) The signaling session is in an invalid state. (2) This method is called after the invitation has expired or one of the response methods has already been called.
[cref][T:Microsoft.Rtc.Signaling.RealTimeException]: Thrown when a transport error occurs while sending the response.
