GrooveMembers.ExitSpace Operation

The ExitSpace operation marks the current user as leaving the targeted workspace. This informs other members of the workspace that the user is inactive in the space.

HTTP Post URL

The HTTP Post URL targets a GrooveMembers service for a workspace. This URI is provided by the GrooveSpaces.Read operation in the Members element.

Input Message Header

GrooveRequestHeader specifies information common to all Groove Web Services, including the Groove Identity URL and the Groove Request key.

Input Message Parameters

None.

Output Message Header

GrooveResponseHeader specifies the Response key.

Return Value

None.

Remarks

Marking the current user as inactive in a workspace also lowers the priority of deltas (data changes) that are directed to that workspace.
