Remarks

There are two types of triggers:

  • Prefix The query must match the specified prefix. If the constraint specified is for a prefix match, the IsPrefixPattern Element (Location Definition) element is required, and must be set to true.

  • Regex The query must match the specified regular expression pattern.

Only search queries matching the specified pattern are forwarded to the federated search location.
