Defines the edit mode settings link in the upper right corner of the page.

The edit page link in the lower left corner of the page enables edit mode and allows the use of the edit mode settings link. Edit mode enables all of the administrator and author features on the page, such as, add, delete, or modify Web Parts. The default mode is read-only end user mode.
