SPFieldCallTo Constructor (SPFieldCollection, String, String)

Initializes a new instance of a SPFieldCallTo class based on the typeName, and fieldName parameters. This constructor is for creating new field that does not exist in the [Microsoft.SharePoint.SPFieldCollection].
