Modifying the Browser Definition File

You can modify the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation browser definition file at \\Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\port_number\App_Browsers\compat.browser, where port_number is the port number of a Web application, to add support for new mobile devices.
